The CRTM (Braiding on line & pultrusion process)Technology for manufacturing Thin Wall FREPR Pipe

Abstract: The author raised a new processing method named CRTM(Continuous Resin Transfer Molding), which is different from both filament winding and pultrusion-filament winding: Firstly: Producing the glass fiber pipe through On-line braiding ; then soak the pipe by resin in mold; Finally manufacturing the thin wall epoxy resin FRP pipe by pultrusion molding process.
